Though I have been a Sci-Fi fan my entire life, starting with the original “Star Trek,” I had never heard of WorldCon, an annual Sci-Fi convention with a 76-year old history. A sci-fi event that’s that old made me laugh. I’m not sure why since writers have been making up stories about what’s to come I believe since Mary Shelley wrote Frankenstein (published in 1818).
So it was something special to sign books at the convention at the PR specialists Black Chateau table.
